Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) with our team, you will CONVERT and acquire new clients from various inbound lead sources provided by the team. You will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in CRM. You will obtain critical information about buyer leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the agents on our team. We will provide all necessary training to successfully perform in the ISA position.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $36,000 base with bonus potential to $80K
