Originally from Canfield, Ohio, she has 31 years experience as a Sales Director before becoming a Realtor and now LOVES what she does. Chris Farrell started selling real estate at nineteen years old, and was the youngest agent in the area at the time. He quickly grew his business into a profitable, successful business and became one of the top agents within the Market Center. He is a full-time dedicated agent who enjoys helping people buy and sell properties. He enjoys working with ocean-front condos, residential homes, Market Common townhomes, waterway and golf course condos, as well as some commercial properties (such as restaurants). He has several investors he works with out of New York City who trust with him their Myrtle Beach investments.  Chris is always willing to help other agents starting out through answering questions, teaching classes in our Market Center and attending leadership training.
