Transaction Coordinator (TC)

We’re looking for a driven Transaction Coordinator to manage contracts throughout the home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish. Ideal Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, mortgages, and knowledge of TC docs platform is highly valued.

• Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills.

• Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience.

• Possess the ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and reason in a logical manner.

• Strong team player.

Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close.

• Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with appointment setting for any necessary repairs.

• Ensure a smooth real estate sales process.

• Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly.

• Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity using TC docs.

• To communicate updates to every party involved in the transaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000 base with bonus opportunity
