Jason Bell | My Annual Real Estate Sales Have Grown From $4M To $14.6M

One of the many ways Keller Williams has helped me grow my business is through their excellent, top-notch training. My annual sales have grown from $4M to $14.6M. I see things much more positively and have conquered several limiting beliefs. For example, I can now list a $1.35 million dollar property without breaking a sweat! Something at one time I would never have thought possible. I owe this to Keller Williams and their training. The training and mindset at KW have not only enabled me to provide for my family and business but also to support a local charity called, “WARM: Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry”. With every closing, we donate a portion of our commissions to this great non-profit. There are so many amazing training classes and workshops to be a part of. One of my favorites is Career Visioning. It has helped me to understand how to best hire the right people for each role, and to have the courage to let people go when they are not the right fit. I love the quote, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, bring others with you.” I’m so happy that I picked up the phone and asked to meet with Keller Williams that day in 2011. Keller Williams is a company built on integrity and honesty and I’m thankful for the amount of faith throughout our company. If there is one thing I would say to someone who is on the fence about joining Keller Williams… Get plugged into the training at KW. You don’t know what you don’t know! If I can do it, then so can you!
