Randy Wallace | Who You Are In Business With Matters & I Am In Business With Many Wonderful People
Keller Williams has helped me obtain things I never saw possible. An old model of real estate is helping everyone. However, through Keller Williams, I am able to only work on projects and with clients that I want to spend time with. I no longer chase every single prospect, but rather work with quality, not quantity. This affords me quality time with my team and client relationships, to do my best work, and time with my family. For me, Keller Williams is all about relationships. Who you are in business with matters, and I am in business with many wonderful people - coworkers, staff, partners, fellow agents, and affiliates. All of them have added and continue to add to my business and my life. One regret I have is that I didn’t find Keller Williams earlier in my 45-year career. I urge young agents to look at all that Keller Williams has to offer. There are so many opportunities. Most franchisees ask, “How can we benefit the owner?” KW is a franchise that asks, “How can we benefit the agent?” If I were to offer advice to another agent who is looking to grow and amplify their career, it would be, keep learning and never stop learning. KW is the best place in the world to learn not only because of the training but also because people here want to share their knowledge and help others. Relationships at KW are truly amazing and life-changing. My big ‘why’ is helping others move toward their real estate goals and watching them succeed. I love working at Keller Williams where there is a positive mindset. Its core principles and priorities are in sync with mine… God first, family second, business third. I am so grateful for every person that I have met in Keller Williams and for every opportunity that Keller Williams has afforded me. My life is rich and full.
